1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 77jlcom online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 77jlcom.org ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or interacts with the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The 77jlcom platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming activities in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations. 21+
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77jlcom or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 77jlcom or had an account closed for terms violations.

Providing false registration information — particularly regarding age or identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

77jlcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership) at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 77jlcom platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77jlcom reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

Password & Login Security

You are solely and fully responsible for the security of your 77jlcom login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 77jlcom support immediately via live chat or email. Until such notification is received and confirmed, all activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorized by you.

Account Accuracy

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account details current and accurate. If your name, address, email, or payment details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Discrepancies between your registered details and your identity verification documents may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77jlcom may charge a dormancy administration fee on dormant accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce any account balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 77jlcom platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 77jlcom does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits

Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your 77jlcom balance within seconds of a successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed during the deposit process within your account dashboard.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not accepted and may result in the return of funds and account review. 77jlcom accepts no liability for losses arising from a player depositing from a method that does not match their registered identity.

Withdrawals

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as your 77jlcom account.

77jlcom reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be required to submit additional documentation as part of this review. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any account investigation or verification review is pending.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77jlcom offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time each offer is presented. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise are as follows:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or credits that are not used before the stated expiry will be automatically removed from your account.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Maximum bet while on bonus: While a bonus balance is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus being voided. The applicable limit is stated per promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, pattern wagering designed to fulfill turnover requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting system errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the 77jlcom platform — including JILI slots, live dealer casino, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or sport betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that specific game's operation.

System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, connectivity failure, or any other system interruption affecting a game or bet, 77jlcom reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error are not valid and will not be paid out. 77jlcom will endeavor to resolve all such situations fairly and communicate outcomes to affected players as promptly as possible.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time a wager is placed. 77jlcom reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account-level limits where betting patterns raise integrity concerns.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77jlcom platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your 77jlcom account.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 77jlcom. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 77jlcom account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

77jlcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of: terms violations; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false registration information; underage gambling; account inactivity exceeding 24 months; or receipt of a legally valid instruction from a regulatory authority.
